Once the borrower accepts the terms of the mortgage and meets our conditions, we promptly arrange for a closing through escrow, providing title insurance for the investor.

Prior to founding PHL, Michelle operated as Broker Associate of M. Lewis, Inc., a licensed CA mortgage broker and lender. Michelle oversees processing, underwriting, compliance, quality control, and servicing. Michelle is a member of HAMB, NAMB, and has a BBB Accredited Business with an A rating.
